OwlBrain's IP: The OwlBrain platform, including its design, code, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by OwlBrain and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
Your Content: You retain ownership of the input data you provide to OwlBrain (e.g., your job descriptions, experience details). You grant OwlBrain a limited, non-exclusive licence to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Generated Content: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the output generated by OwlBrain based on your inputs. However, OwlBrain makes no warranty of uniqueness or originality for generated content.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international commercial law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of OwlBrain shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in a mutually agreed neutral jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
